RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At our store, all products are made-to-order and printed specifically based on each customer’s request. Because of this, we only accept returns or replacements in limited situations.
Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:
- The item received is different from the order placed
- The wrong size, color, or design was sent due to our mistake
- The product arrives damaged or has a printing/manufacturing defect
- The item is defective upon arrival
To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Because every item is custom-made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address entered by the customer
- Minor color differences caused by screen settings or printing variations
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Return Conditions
If a return is approved:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
- Customers may be required to return the item before a replacement or refund is issued
Refund Processing
Once your case is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within several business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
